No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to personal schedule, conflicts, or dissatisfaction with roster composition. 
Families may not seek or arrange their own replacement players under any circumstances. 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and in extenuating circumstances, the organization may review requests for a credit towards future events.  These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.  

Please note that any credit issued is non-transferable and must be used within the same spring/summer season of the registration.
